The marvelous Uffizi Galleria where so much wonderful art takes a day to see and where my friend & I only left when my mosquito bite took a turn for the worse and we had trip to A&E !
Recovered there were many more days of joyous Art ,and many kilometres of walking - the local Gelatio helped sustain our journey ,but at every turn there are wonders and whenever we flagged ,a sculpture, church or ancient monument revived our spirits .
